How to subscribe ?

Up to 6 individual subscriptions per order

  • If you are a new user, create your account by clicking on My Account. Select Individuals in the top right corner, then return to this page to customise your subscription
  • Start your purchasing process by choosing your first event, then select your preferred time slot and click the Subscribe button
  • Select your rate: you have the option to select a reduced subscription rate or the concession rate for beneficiaries and one person accompanying them (upon presentation of supporting documents)
  • Continue building your subscription by adding at least 4 more events
  • Proceed to payment and access your tickets from the My Account section; they will also be sent to you by email.

The sale of museum admission tickets or related services is considered a sale of leisure services and confers no right to a withdrawal period. Tickets are valid for the chosen time and date only,  and cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded.

Times and dates cannot be modified once booked.

However, in the event of a cancellation or modification of the relevant service by the Louvre, you will be entitled to a refund. Refund eligibility criteria are specified in the museum's Terms and Conditions.

Tickets include admission to all Louvre collections and to the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix, on the day of your visit to the Louvre or on the next day the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix is open.

Note: for access to some exhibitions, visitors must book a specific time slot.
