Watch out for ticket fraud! Watch out for ticket fraud: stay vigilant when buying your tickets for the Musée du Louvre. Beware of the current increase in mirror sites. Do not purchase any tickets that supposedly allow you to jump the queue, and never buy your tickets from illicit street vendors. If you do, you may be refused entry to the museum.

The sale of museum admission tickets or related services is considered a sale of leisure services and confers no right to a withdrawal period. Tickets are valid for the chosen time and date only, and cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded.
Times and dates cannot be modified once booked.
However, in the event of a cancellation or modification of the relevant service by the Louvre, you will be entitled to a refund. Refund eligibility criteria are specified in the museum's Terms and Conditions.
Tickets include admission to all Louvre collections and to the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix, on the day of your visit to the Louvre or on the next day the Musée National Eugène-Delacroix is open.
Note: for access to some exhibitions, visitors must book a specific time slot.
